Chief Technology Officer

Job Requirements

  • To be a future Chief Technology Officer of related company
  • Provide technical leadership to the software developer and sales engineer team
  • Manage the technical development and delivery team including requirement management, software design, application development, testing, quality assurance and project management.
  • Manage the sales engineer team to support sales team to develop presentation based on the customer’s requirement and technical knowledge

Technical Lead / Project Manager

Job Requirements

  • Conduct speech and natural language understanding software development project
  • Two of followings are required:
    1. Solid programming skill (any programming language)
    2. Basic knowledge and skill on machine learning (E.g. Complete Coursera Machine Learning)
    3. Successful experiences as project manager or developer’s lead on enterprise software development project with internal/external developer, tester and customer’s stakeholders (Proven ability to drive the software delivery process from plan to close)
    4. Analyze customer’s business and document it

Job Description

  • Analyze customer’s business, customer’s end user’s behavior and design virtual agent accordingly
  • Conduct software development team including customer’s engineer to develop Virtual Agent (speech and natural language understanding software for call center) for customer’s call center
  • Work with internal developer to enhance internal development tools for making labeled data for machine learning for customer, training model and tuning at customer site in order to realize above goal.
  • Design and provide appropriate educational system for customer’s engineer on the developed software above.

  • Responsible for business development and sales strategy for Speech Recognition and Voice Biometrics products for enterprise market
  • Deliver bookings targets for the fiscal year
  • Develop, improve and maintain partnership with local partner and vendor
  • Work with team members to formulate business cases and solution scenarios and to develop sales materials on our solutions
  • Act as the escalation point for reported issues and problems from customers
  • Weekly basis report to senior management on status, results, as well as progress and activities on projects, forecasts, and sales revenues.

Qualification

Job Description

  • Participate into software development team to design software, implement, write unit test code and necessary documents.
  • Collecting, cleaning, processing, and maintenance training data with transcriptionist team
  • Develop, maintenance and enhance current product which is natural language understanding system for conversational IVR and mobile application and/or speech analytics system for call center by machine learning, regression and/or rule based models
  • Develop new speech analytics system which retrieves meaningful information from call center’s recorded audio files using speech recognition, natural language processing and machine learning techniques.
  • Develop and maintenance internal tools
  • Discussing and presenting ideas and results among the team, reporting progress on a regular basis

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or other related fields
  • More than 3 years hands-on experiences and pragmatic knowledge on machine learning, natural language processing and related field
